Ideal if you work in Maastricht, but still want to live in a beautiful and quiet environment. NO STUDENTS ALLOWED!

The total area of the apartment is 49 m², this does not include the communal storage room of 12 m² that is shared with the owner of the house.
The living room with large open kitchen immediately gives a homely and familiar feeling upon entering. The area of this room is 16 m².
The floor in the house is definitely worth mentioning. The terrazzo floor is beautifully tiled with white and dark blue tiles and gives the house extra atmosphere.
The kitchen has a complete kitchen inventory. In addition, there is a 4-burner gas stove, extractor hood, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, kettle, microwave and a very large sink with mixer tap in the kitchen.
