TranslateDear (prospective) Dutch student, A room will become available in Huize Condor for subletting until July 1 (with a chance to stay) and we are looking for you! We are a mixed house consisting of 4 men and 4 women who are active in Maastricht student life. We are a close-knit house where we eat together every day, regularly light the bbq together, make the city unsafe together and of course also dive into the library to study. There is a lot of laughter together and we enjoy the beautiful city and Maastricht student life! About the room and the house:- The house has 8 rooms- The house has two kitchens, two bathrooms with shower, sink and separate toilet and a washer/dryer.- In front of the house is a park (our front garden)- The house has a backyard for bicycles and bbqs- A bus stop almost in front of the door (25 meters)- A supermarket (Albert Heijn Burgermeester Cortenstraat) within walking distance, about 200 meters. As well as bakery, plus supermarket, drugstore etc.- Randwyck University (FHML faculty)/Randwyck Station about 4 minutes by bike- Maastricht station about 6 minutes by bike- Center of Maastricht about 10 minutes by bikeThe room is ±12m2 and is located on the second floor at the front (& sunny side) of the house. This room costs 330 incl. GWL. Can you already see yourself nestling in our beautiful student house?
